How do I book?

 

Choose your items online, and we will process your order or send us email with your request.

 

Do you charge delivery?

 

We charge 150€ each way for 1 crew to central Paris.

 

Do you have an installation team?

 

We always set up and install our items and this service is included in the delivery fee.

 

Why have I been charged for handling fee?

 

120€ each way handling fee is added as standard on all jobs that require heavy lifting.

 

What is the shortest rental period?

 

Rentals can be as short as 1 day, however we do have a minimum charge of a 1 week rental.

 

What is the longest rental period?

 

We have no cap for the length of the rental period. Long rental periods will be subject to a custom quotation so you get the best deal.

 

Can I collect from the Novu warehouse?

 

Due to health and safety we cannot allow visitors to our warehouse facilities. We can deliver your order at the specified time-slot, straight to your door.

 

What is the earliest or latest time-slot I can have my items delivered?

 

The earliest we can deliver is for a 08:00-10:00 time-slot in the morning.

The latest is 18:00-20:00 in the evening.

If times outside of the above are required please make a custom request. Custom times are subject to extra delivery charges.

 

Can I change, amend, or cancel my order?

 

You can – up to 72hrs after the order has been placed, and providing it’s 10 days before the delivery date.

 

Can I change the pickup date or end the rental early?

 

We try to be as flexible as possible, however we cannot offer refunds once the furniture has been delivered. We can happily arrange collection depending on the situation, if the order is cancelled prior to loading you may be required to pay a minimum charge of 1 weeks rental.

 

How do it know my order is confirmed?

 

To confirm the order, we require the payment to be remitted in full, within 10 days from the date the order sheet was first issued.

We will then be able to confirm your order and reserve the items.

 

What if I’m late or miss my delivery slot?

 

If we arrive and cannot deliver your items into the location, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes, however after this time is up, we will have to redeliver at our next available time-slot, and you will be subject to a redelivery fee.

 

Are the prices including or excluding VAT?

 

All prices are excluding VAT.

 

What are your payment terms?

 

Payment must be made, and proof of payment received, within 10 days of the issue date of your quotation in order to reserve and confirm your order.

 

Can I pay by Credit Card?

 

We accept credit card payments. Please send us your request and we will revert with the secured link provided by Stripe. Additional charge of 1.5% of 3% will apply depending on the localisation of the card issuing bank.

 

What if I damage the items?

 

We know that accidents can happen, so reasonable wear and tear normally isn’t a problem.

If your furniture is in respectable condition upon collection, there’s nothing to worry about. In the event that an item is unusable, missing or has taken unreasonable damage, we reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement.
